Current WBA Super Lightweight World Champion, Amir Khan (23-1, 17 KOs) makes the third defense of his WBA light-welterweight title against hard hitting Argentine Marcos Maidana (29-1, 27 KOs) on December 11, 2010 live at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. The Khan vs Maidana boxing fight will be televised by HBO starting at 9:30pm ET. The fight will be accompanied by an undercard bout featuring Victor Ortiz vs Lamont Peterson.

Will Khan emerge unscathed as the winner, or even turn in the kind of star making performance many believe he's capable of?  Or can Maidana upset the flashy Brit's future plans with one wild right hand?
